Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
Yes, we accept SPA FINDER | SPA WEEK gift cards. Gift card terms and conditions do apply. Spa Finder gift cards can be purchased at Costco at a discounted rate.
A confirmation text/email is sent out 24 hrs prior to your appointment. A reminder is sent out 2 hours before your appointment as well. We DO NOT hold or charge credit cards, if you are unable to make it to your appointment {subject to change }. We are a small business, we ask you to please respect our time and effort and let us know if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Discounted rates are given to members who get regular massages. If you REBOOK your massage or BOOK a massage within 3 months of your prior visit you automatically get a discounted rate. If booking online use the option: LEAF LOYALTY PROGRAM OPTION. There are NO CONTRACTS or OBLIGATIONS to become a LEAF LOYALTY MEMBER.
